It is applied to locomotive auxiliary converter system, which is connected to the output side of the inverter to supply power for each power unit in the locomotive. The iron core is made of high quality silicon steel sheet, the coil is wound by special technology, the end ends are sealed, the whole vacuum impregnation and high-temperature baking are solidified, and then three anti lacquer processes are processed.
The transformer has high overall mechanical strength, low noise, small vibration, small power consumption, good heat dissipation, low temperature rise, strong impact vibration ability, and can meet the requirements of various kinds of locomotive test severity grade and frequency range, and suitable for various environmental conditions to meet the requirements of IP54 and above protection grade.
